What BuyCacao does.
BuyCacao is a cacao information and buying-guide website. We help readers understand ingredient lists, find preparation methods, and make informed choices. We do not sell, take payment for, or ship cacao. Purchases and customer service take place with the seller.
Research is not a taste test.
Our current guides use attributed seller listings and preparation references. Each guide identifies its sources, check date, limitations, and editorial responsibility. Seller claims are not independent verification. We have not performed the kitchen tests, farm visits, or product tastings that would justify claiming firsthand experience or awarding review scores.
AI assists research organization and writing. It is not a source or a substitute for evidence. BuyCacao is responsible for the published work. Our illustrations are AI-generated and are not photographs of tested products, named farms, or real contributors.
